FAQs
What are the benefits of mobile physical therapy?
Mobile physical therapy prioritizes 1:1 patient care at a convenience to the patient. Oftentimes, attending outpatient services in clinic, therapists are multitasking between multiple individuals at once while also juggling the restrictions of health insurance. Mobiflex takes the focus on the patient, not the insurance. Treatment is optimized to the patient and the environment, usually leading to better, faster results.
What is your service area?
Lake Wylie and the surrounding areas in South Carolina.
Do I need a referral?
No. South Carolina is a direct access state for the first 30 treatment days with a physical therapist.
Do you take insurance?
While we are not in-network with insurance, you may still use your HSA or FSA towards our services.
Oftentimes, insurance dictates how many visits you are allowed and the type of care we can provide. Being out of network allows us to focus solely on you and your needs.
If payment is still a barrier, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company after our treatment sessions for reimbursement.*
*Reimbursement dependent on specific insurance policies
How long is a typical session?

Do you offer telehealth therapy services?
Yes. We can schedule virtual evaluations and follow-up visits.
What is the difference between mobile physical therapy and home health physical therapy?
